Typographical Errors

In case of  any  typographical error or any human Mistake from our side or the Supplier regarding the Price, availability and Information of the  Product  displayed on our website then emalldirect.com has the right  to cancel the Order In the event of such mistake whether or not the order has been confirmed and even after  the receipt of payment by your side  emalldirect.com will transfer all the funds back  through cheque as early depending upon the Working hours  of Bank.  If your credit card has already been charged for the Purchase in this situation emalldirect.com shall  issue a credit to your credit card account as per the Terms and Conditions of our Credit card acceptance Bank.

Return Policy and Limited Guarantee Against Defects

Every  product you buy from emalldirect.com is a brand new product with the Original packing seal of the   manufacturer  if you find any physical breakage at the time of delivery through courier in such event we recommend you not to accept the goods and return it back to the courier company, If the Hardware is  confirmed as defective by the product manufacturer or emalldirect.com then either will  be exchanged with the new piece as per the availability from the Supplier but  we will not change the product or refund the funds. If the Goods sent through courier is received by your side as per the acknowledgement of your receipt of goods in good condition then further  any Hardware fault or damage found in the product you have to contact the manufacturer’s  support center as mentioned in support category because the product  is backed by the manufacturer with  one year warranty.We once again recommend  to check the condition of the product before signing  the acknowledged Receipt of “Goods Delivered in good condition”  of  the courier company. As per  the Manufacturers policy in some goods if once the package is opened then we do not accept any returns or exchange for the same.

Credit Card Liability & Processing Time

Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.

Please note, we will ship the order only when we get the approval of the payment by the credit card company the processing can take up to 3 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.). Further, for the security reasons, voice confirmation may  be required for the Genuinely of the Order and the credit card  payment. We only Deliver the Goods after Getting the Payment Confirmation Approval of your Credit Card from the Bank. Total Time For Delivery

Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 7 days for in-stock items.

Shipping & Handling Rates

Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the actual weight and the Geographical Location  of your shipment . Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. We charge only ONCE for shipping and handling, for the entire order.

Any Octroi or Road taxes would be charged extra as per the policy of the State Government and paid Cash to the Courier Company against  the Receipt of the State Government  for the particular charge at the time of Delivery.
